AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Based on the basic philosophy "The customer first", we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.
Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Construction Executive.
+ Work location: HCM Head Office, 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3 Building, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
+ Working time: 5 days/week (Monday - Friday)
+ Report to: Deputy Manager and above
1. Carry out assigned tasks to build new Shopping Malls or renovate existing Shopping Malls (managing cost, schedule, design, quality...);
2. Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/ or timeline;
3. Follow up on defect works, additional works, coordination with operation team and contractors to complete assigned works to ensure good operation of existing Shopping Malls;
4. Support other Departments (i.e. Leasing, Operation...) with technical issues related to construction (building inspection, tenant handbook, rules...);
5. Other duties assigned by Managers & General Manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent;
2. 5 - 6 years working experiences in relevant fields;
3. Good communication in both Vietnamese and English;
4. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, AutoCAD;
5. Have good negotiation and persuading skills;
6. Have teamwork spirit and effective task management skills;
7. Be honest, careful, hardworking, and adaptable to the needs of the working environment;
8. Have coping with stress skills.
