To support the Construction Management team in coordinating infrastructure and building works within a large-scale urban development project.
The role assists the CM Lead in monitoring construction progress, reviewing technical documentation, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and supporting quantity verification and reporting activities.
I. TASKS
1. Construction Coordination & Site Monitoring
• Support supervision of infrastructure works including roads, site leveling, drainage, water supply, and utilities.
• Assist in monitoring construction activities for low-rise residential buildings and related facilities.
• Conduct routine site inspections and report construction status, issues, and risks.
• Coordinate daily with contractors to ensure works are implemented according to approved drawings and specifications.
2. Drawing Review & Technical Support
• Review construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Prepare technical review checklists and summaries for internal evaluation.
• Assist the CM Lead in identifying technical issues and coordinating resolution with contractors and consultants.
3. Progress & Quantity Monitoring
• Track daily and weekly construction progress.
• Support verification of quantities and contractor payment submissions.
• Assist in monitoring work progress against project schedule.
• Maintain updated progress tracking records.
4. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress reports.
• Review as-built drawings and contractor completion dossiers.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of project technical records.
5. Coordination & Approval Support
• Support coordination between contractors, design consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing documents required for authority submissions and project approvals.
• Support internal reporting and information preparation for management review.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
• Candidates aged between 28 and 35 are preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision, site engineering, or project coordination.
• Experience in urban infrastructure, residential buildings, or mixed-use development projects is preferred.
• Experience working with large contractors or large-scale construction projects is an advantage.
• Good ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Basic understanding of construction scheduling and quantity verification.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• English communication ability is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in supporting project activities.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within a large-scale urban development project.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Ability to work full-time at the Thai Binh project site.

WORKING TIME AND LOCATION
● Time: From Monday to Friday every week.
- Morning: From 8 a.m. to 12 a.m.
- Afternoon: From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
● Location: Lot MG01-01, Vincom Shophouse. Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hung Yen Province.
