Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the execution and management of airport construction projects, with a focus on terminal buildings, airside operations, and public areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale aviation infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing construction efficiency, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Execution: Manage and supervise all phases of airport construction, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Terminal & Airside Construction: Oversee the construction of terminal buildings, airside facilities, and public areas, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with ICAO, FAA, IATA standards and local building regulations.
• Quality & Safety Management: Implement quality control measures and enforce safety protocols to maintain high construction standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Budget & Schedule Oversight: Monitor construction budgets and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
