Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the project meets all specifications and standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and onsite personnel.
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential delays or issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring the best terms and conditions for the company.
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, project owners, and internal teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is proceeding according to plan and quality standards.
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, costs, and performance metrics to senior management.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
