The project:
This is a complex, large scale cultural theater project that includes a themed, cultural and arts park working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll be responsible for:
• Support the team in driving performance through effective coordination, communications, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Project and Construction Managers on site activities and lead look ahead planning for your work packages.
• Track planned vs actual progress, escalating risks or deviations to construction leadership.
• Manage area close out, ensuring QA/QC requirements, ITPs and handover obligations are met.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships, champion best practice and contribute to Mace's digital, CoE and net zero priorities.
