Founded in Seoul, Korea, Heerim Architects & Planners is a leading company specializing in architectural design, planning, and construction management, with over 50 years of industry experience.
After opening its Representative Office in Hanoi in 2006, the company further expanded its presence in Vietnam by establishing HEERIM VIETNAM Co., Ltd.
Heerim has successfully delivered design and construction supervision services for numerous landmark projects, including the Korean Embassy, Keangnam Landmark Tower (72 floors), Military Central Hospital 108 (2,000 beds), Hospital 175, and Long Thanh International Airport. In addition to these projects, the company continues to manage a wide range of large-scale developments across Vietnam and worldwide.
We are looking for experienced Construction Supervisors to join our construction project in the high-tech zone. Details are as follows:
Work location: Thai Nguyen
Gender: Male
Qualifications: University degree in a relevant field

Professional certifications:
Construction Supervision Certificate (Grade 1, mandatory)
Equipment Installation Supervision Certificate (preferred)
Other related certificates (preferred)
Requirements:
English communication skills
Over 10 years of professional experience in the field of construction supervision
Ability to understand construction drawings and technical standards
Skills in site monitoring, reporting, and work coordination
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure on-site
Willingness to work at the construction site as required by the project

Negotiable based on qualifications and experience (Annual Salary: 20,000 - 35,000 USD)
Insurance, House, Meal: Negotiable during the interview
