Role Overview
The Consumer Marketing Executive will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand preference and business growth in the home appliances category.
The role will manage the brand's social media presence, with a focus on growing TikTok, developing content strategies, and monitoring performance to maximize engagement.
In addition, the role will implement 360° marketing activities (ATL, BTL, digital, POSM), manage agency partners, collaborate with Trade, Sales, and PR teams, and focus on creating brand assets and building an omnichannel presence across Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign/New Product Launch Execution & Management
• Act as a Brand Guardian, ensuring brand guidelines are strictly followed and that "Simplify Outstanding Experiences" are consistently communicated across all internal and external touchpoints.
• Support the planning and execution of 360° consumer marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL, digital, PR, POSM, influencer, etc.) according to the brand and business objectives.
• Localize regional assets for new product launches to ensure alignment with local insights and market needs.
• Manage timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule.
• Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure creative alignment and quality execution.
2. Digital & Social Media Management
• Develop and manage brand presence across social media channels, with a focus on growth and engagement on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing aligned with brand strategy.
• Monitor social performance, analyze insights, and optimize content strategies and customer sastifaction in online channels.
3. E-commerce, Webstore & Omnichannel Support
• Manage campaign assets and promotional materials for [protected info] and key e-commerce, Omnichannel platforms.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure alignment between brand campaigns and online sales activation.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Trade, Sales, and PR teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all consumer touchpoints.
• Coordinate with agencies and partners to align execution across channels.
5. Performance & Administration
• Track and report campaign performance, collect insights, and recommend improvement actions.
• Handle marketing administrative tasks such as PO creation, payment follow-up, and document coordination.
6. Administrative Support:
• Assist with routine tasks such as purchase requests, vendor contract, and file management.
• Prepare and update marketing materials for internal and external use.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of
digital marketing and social media ecosystem.
• Proven experience in developing and growing brand social channels (especially TikTok) is a plus.
• Experience working with agencies and managing integrated campaigns.
• Young, creative, and proactive, with an analytical and data-driven mindset, and strong attention to detail and execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing reporting tools.
