The Purpose of Your Role
A Care Content Producer works within the core Hello Bacsi content team focused on enhancing our Appointment Booking service & telemedicine platforms as well as our e-commerce platforms content quality and ultimately platform performance. You will work closely with our customers (Hospitals, Clinics & Brands) to bring their businesses and products to life online through content (short form & long form). The content you produce will contribute directly to improving our audiences' experience and support them in their journey to finding better healthcare. You will be responsible for working also with our Sales & Customer success teams to onboard our customers & partners in a seamless and efficient manner.
Our service allows doctors and health professionals to make their processes more efficient and productive, to improve the customer experience and to strengthen collaboration with colleagues. We make it easy for patients to gain access to health services through online appointment scheduling, video consultation hours and the digital creation of prescriptions.
As a key team member you are central to bringing the Hello Health Group Vision and Mission to life, acting as a role model for the company values to inspire the highest level of commitment to the company's vision, mission, purpose, and commercial ambitions, in alignment with Hello Health Group strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver, write, produce and promote high-quality, targeted content marketing materials: hospital descriptions, healthcare service descriptions, product descriptions, whitepapers, e-books, position papers, survey reports, case studies, blog articles, infographics, testimonials, videos, podcasts, etc.
Ensure Hello Bacsi's standard for content quality, accuracy and production volumes by editing, and reviewing contents, with both a consulting and storytelling mindset.
Work with our customers & partners to leverage their existing content but provide technical, editorial & SEO advice to guide the improvement of their content for use on the Hello Bacsi Care platform.
Contribute in developing Hello Bacsi's Care business long-term vision and editorial strategy with highly relevant content helping practitioners to improve their practice's organization in particular, and health in general.
Independently carry out keyword research to ensure the creation of content is optimised for search (SEO) and is created with a specific target audience in mind.
Analyze and derive statistics from existing dashboards and pull out interesting insights for contributing to optimisations of existing content to support the development of best practices.
Leverage Hello Bacsi's Community of practitioners, business partners and key opinion leaders that are (co-)producing content, to create, develop and distribute expert and high-value content.
Track, monitor and analyze content performance to adjust and improve editorial strategy on a continuous basis.

Who We Want
You are passionate about Content marketing, both strategy and production, and able to switch between project management and directly writing or producing.
You have 2 to 4 years experience in content marketing, editorial project management and/or digital communications.
You bring a great mix of creative thinking, high editorial standards, some digital writing experience & high standards.
Experience working with health related content is a plus, including working for health organisations, hospitals, doctors but a passion for health is the most important requirement.
You have proven experience in producing and editing high-quality content.
You are a born storyteller with strong written and visual communication skills and the ability to understand and present complex information with a simple, clever, innovative, data-driven and human touch.
You are fully autonomous, able to organize your own activity and coordinate with Hello Bacsi teams to advance high-quality projects.
You are used to working within a very fast-growing and international company.
You are 100% fluent in Vietnamese, and English is a plus.
