Content Manager

Mission
Build and run a high-quality, high-output content engine that keeps Pixel Dreams' digital platforms current, compelling, and unmistakably PD.
Responsibilities
Own the creation, editing, publishing, and ongoing improvement of content across PD's website and internal knowledge portal
Manage the content pipeline from idea to published piece, prioritizing what matters, keeping work moving, and following through to completion
Turn source materials, internal knowledge, drafts, and AI-assisted work into clear, thoughtful content written in the appropriate PD voice
Build and update content in WordPress, applying PD's established visual styles and making basic HTML/CSS adjustments when needed
Maintain a high bar for editorial and visual quality, identifying opportunities to improve writing, structure, layout, imagery, and presentation
Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, maintaining visibility on progress and raising risks, blockers, or timeline concerns early.
Requirements
Must-haves
Strong proficiency in reading and writing English
Strong attention to detail and good visual judgment
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders
Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML
Comfortable working with AI tools
Experience writing, editing, publishing, or managing digital content.
Great-to-haves
Experience managing a content pipeline, editorial calendar, knowledge base, or content-heavy website
Experience developing or adapting content across different editorial voices and audiences
Familiarity with CSS and the ability to learn and apply established web styles
Experience within a creative, branding, marketing, communications, or digital environment.

Full-time, in-office role from Monday to Friday in Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, with some hybrid flexibility
Salary range from 25M to 40M VND, based on proficiency, capability, and experience
