Mô tả công việc
Own the creation, editing, publishing, and ongoing improvement of content across PD's website and internal knowledge portal
Manage the content pipeline from idea to published piece, prioritizing what matters, keeping work moving, and following through to completion
Turn source materials, internal knowledge, drafts, and AI-assisted work into clear, thoughtful content written in the appropriate PD voice
Build and update content in WordPress, applying PD's established visual styles and making basic HTML/CSS adjustments when needed
Maintain a high bar for editorial and visual quality, identifying opportunities to improve writing, structure, layout, imagery, and presentation
Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, maintaining visibility on progress and raising risks, blockers, or timeline concerns early.

Use AI confidently to accelerate the work while recognizing generic, inaccurate, or soulless output from a mile away
Understand different voices and styles, and adapt writing appropriately across internal, professional, and creative content
Bring strong ownership and follow-through, independently pushing work from ambiguity to completion
Prioritize and manage a moving content pipeline without losing sight of quality or deadlines
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, maintain visibility, and raise concerns before they become problems
Have visual taste and know when hierarchy, layout, imagery, or design can be better
Work comfortably in WordPress, understand basic HTML, and learn established CSS styles and digital systems quickly.
