Optimize and manage SEO content for better website structure, search visibility, and lead generation.
Collaborate with
designers and
developers to maintain a clean, high-performance web presence that aligns with LARION's standard.
Create and refine marketing content materials, including website/blog posts, service pages, LinkedIn posts, email content, etc., with a focus on clarity, value, and relevance within the ITO sector.
Plan, write, and schedule engaging posts across platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Support the team with paid and organic ad campaign efforts.
Plan monthly content calendars, social posts, support campaign logistics, and coordinate with internal teams to execute on time and with purpose.
Yêu cầu
Key qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience in B2B marketing, ideally within Tech or ITO services.
Proficiency in English skills (minimum IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700 or above).
Exceptional skills in critical thinking and a fast learner.
Highly adaptable to new working environments and changes.
Honest, straight-forward and transparent at work.
Excel in both teamwork and independent work.
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Email Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Website CMS platforms, SEO tools, Analytics tools.
