Our team is looking for a
Sales Executive who develops and grows Contract Logistics business by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role is responsible for maximizing profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and expand Contract Logistics business, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, customs clearance, cross-border transportation, and other logistics solutions.
2. Effectively communicate with colleagues and the product team to get the smartest and most effective commercial target
3. Customer satisfaction: Can manage complaints from customers, and propose a positive solution
4. Keep a good image of Company in the market by a professional style of working
5. Legal aspect as compliance
AUTHORITY
• Have the right to propose a new idea for approaching customers to
Sales Director• Have the right to reject business transactions that have a negative impact on the Company
• Be applied bonus and incentive scheme according to Company policy
• Be applied allowance scheme for Salesmen
Yêu cầu
1. Education
University degree
2. Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, or related industries.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
3. Skills & Competencies
- Fluent English communication.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and be self-disciplined
