RESPONSIBILITIES
CONCEPT FORMATION
Actively pursue fresh ideas in response to the Creative Brief, leveraging a blend of experience, knowledge, data, and social insights.
Proficiently transform disparate thoughts into cohesive themes and concepts for campaigns, including integrated marketing communications (IMC) and social media initiatives.
Continuously stay updated on trends and adeptly adapt them into creative ideas across various platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
Collaborate closely with the entire team (Art Director,
Designer, Social) to foster creative ideas during internal brainstorming sessions and provide ongoing support.
PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT
Receiving and discussing briefs on jobs from/with Client Service Team.
Collaborating with the entire Creative team (Creative Lead, Art Director, Designer, TikTok team) to strengthen and unify ideas into a comprehensive creative solution proposal.
ALWAYS ON EXECUTION
Accountable for the meticulous and skillful execution contents across diverse creative formats, both in Vietnamese and English.
Coordinating with all the departments (Account/Design/Production/Community, ...) to deliver high standards of finished work.
Review and make sure to complete and check all tasks as required by internal.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Support Line Manager supervise/advise Junior Copywriter to develop proposals, control quality execution of projects.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES
At least 1 year working experience as a Copywriter in advertising agencies.
Proficiency in Vietnamese, specifically in using Vietnamese grammar, especially in using repeated, onomatopoeia, puns, pictographic in Vietnamese language.
Strong expertise in communications and marketing, particularly in the realm of Social Outreach Communications.
General social awareness about but not limited to economic growth, consumers, culture, ect. and possess an inherent desire for learning and exploration in order to expand one's knowledge.
Proficiency in managing and spearheading projects from initial planning to successful execution under guide of line manager.
Proficiency in MS Office using, especially powerpoint.

SKILLS/ ABILITIES
Good communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese & English.
Proficient in utilizing social trend analysis tools, adeptly adapting to the rapid pace of evolving social trends.
Exhibit a capacity for critical thinking and embrace a nonlinear mindset in all aspects of life.
Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently, as well as team-work with partners.
Proactively seek out opportunities to add further ideas and value to projects.
