Corporate Affairs Specialist

1. Provide support for managing relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders to have their support and secure a predictable, favorable, and stable environment for our business and Multi-level Marketing (MLM) industry in assigned regions (25 northern provinces without Amway facilities).
• Prepare & implement annual action plan of engagement activities to key stakeholders at mid-levels to facilitate communication, and help advance the corporate business objectives as well as Customers' activities & protect company's reputation.
• Leverage Amway Vietnam responsible positions & responsive initiatives on MLM industry issues to build trust & credibility with stakeholders at provincial level.
• Manage to support sales event operation license application.
• Manage the Representative persons/offices in assigned provinces
• Support to handle audits from authorities in North region (31 provinces)
• Support to manage crisis incurring & legal representatives to respond accurately & promptly to enquiries from government representatives in North region (31 provinces)
2. Analyze and evaluate the impact of government policy and regulation on corporate activities and objectives.
• Assist in preparing a compliance plan to make sure all business activities are aligned with local laws and regulations.
• Prepare materials for meetings and other events involving government representatives so that the organization's representatives are well-informed on current issues.
3. Manage reporting & workshop notification nationwide
• Manage & integrate all corporate reports & licenses dossiers, including MLM license & Cutomers workshop notification, VCA & DOITs reporting in assigned provinces
4. Other tasks:
• Support Head of Public Affairs for implementation the CSR activities in North region (31 provinces)
