Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) is a global leader offering naturally good food & beverage ingredients and solutions. ofi commenced operations in Vietnam in 1997, setting up its representative office. Since then, we have established an extensive presence across different parts of Vietnam, including our head office in Ho Chi Minh City and regional offices in Binh Dinh, Long An, Dong Nai, Phu Yen, Lam Dong and Gia Lai Provinces.
ofi Vietnam is currently the largest exporter of Cashews, Pepper & Instant Coffee in Vietnam, investing in the state-of-the-art instant coffee facility and running 7 large factories with 7,500 employees across Central & South Vietnam. Our operations have an interface with a farmer network of 2 million farmers. We are also amongst the largest exporter of Green Coffee in Vietnam.

Job overview:
The Internal Communications Officer plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of effective internal communication strategies. This role will focus on creating engaging content, managing social media channels, supporting company events, and ensuring clear and consistent communication across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Communications in developing and executing internal communication strategies, including drafting and producing engaging written, visual, and digital content (e.g., newsletters, intranet articles, email communications).
- Monitor and manage company social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, company intranet) for feedback, respond to comments and questions, and track engagement metrics to provide regular reports.
- Assist in planning and organizing virtual and physical events, such as webinars and corporate activities, to increase employee engagement.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather information and create materials for internal communication and communication reports as needed.
- Contribute to ad-hoc communication projects.
Yêu cầu
1.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.

2.Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese for corporate communications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., iMovie, or similar) and graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work well with teams and build relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Growth mindset, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
