To support the Head of Strategic Planning and Distribution Development in shaping and executing Phu Hung Life's corporate strategy. This role ensures strong transversal collaboration across departments, integrates market intelligence, and monitors business performance to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Strategy Leadership
• Partner with the Head of Strategic Planning and Distribution Development to lead corporate strategy formulation.
• Organize and facilitate annual and regular corporate strategy workshops and meetings.
• Ensure transversal alignment between corporate strategy and departmental objectives.
• Monitor implementation progress and conduct regular strategy reviews.
• Drive departmental action plan development to ensure consistency with corporate priorities.
• Direct market research and competitor analysis, distilling strategic implications for Phu Hung Life.
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
• Develop and cascade strategy communication materials across all levels.
2. Business Performance Management
• Lead periodic corporate performance reviews, ensuring preparation and follow-up for Quarterly Dialogues and Monthly TLT meetings.
• Manage corporate KPIs to track progress of strategic initiatives.
• Conduct performance analysis across distribution channels, highlighting improvement opportunities.
• Partner with the Project Management Office to ensure the successful delivery of strategic projects.
• Oversee preparation of strategic reports for leadership forums and workshops.

Key Requirements:
Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Strategy Management, Business Administration, Banking, or Finance.
Experience
• 5-8 years in Corporate Strategy, Business Performance, Business Planning & Analysis, or Project Management.
• Preferred experience in Financial Services or Strategy/Business Consulting.
Knowledge & Skills
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to design new business models.
• Critical thinking, business acumen, and innovation.
• Leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
• Project management expertise.
