Cost Accountant (Supervisor Level)

• Help build a robust pricing strategy with proper evaluation of financial, sales volume and business impacts for the regional markets.
• Support SEA value-added services including service item BOM setup, and WSEA overall costing to final finished goods selling price.
• Review product costing, conduct pricing and margin analysis and make recommendation for cost savings.
• Review and verify invoices/SOA for WSEA monthly warehousing & logistics expenses.
• Review and put in place control mechanism to ensure accuracy of WSEA inventory movement including aging and stock turn, and stock count including monthly and annual reconciliation.
• Upkeep of system pricing and product master database across the regions.
• Key business partner working closely with Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
• Support Sales teams in the development of regional pricing strategies.
• Evaluate existing processes to develop improvements, standardizations, and best practices.
• Undertake other ad hoc project works from time to time.
• Other tasks as requested by line manager.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Accounting/Finance/Business degree holder from FMCG/retail/manufacturing industries
• At least 8 years of Accounting and well-experienced in hand-on pricing/costing
• Able to communicate effectively in English with the regional stakeholders
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics or D365 is highly preferred
• Practical advanced excel and financial analysis skills required
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
• Deadline oriented, organized, analytical, meticulous and a good team player
