Provide detailed and accurate budget estimating and cost planning on product projects from the initial stages.
Manage internal audit process to ensure cost elements and cost drivers are qualified to maintain product cost accuracy.
Manage project costs in activities of estimating costs, developing project budget and controlling spending.
Tasks
Check process to ensure that the actual design details for the various elements can be constructed within the cost plan.
Contribute in developing yearly operation plans, budgets, and estimating new product costs, including economic analysis.
Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied.
Analyze product cost and identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
Review and monitor the consistency and accuracy of cost management report.
Organize regular knowledge training and coaching to elevate overall team's capability.
Yêu cầu
Education:A degree in Industry Management, Management Science, Administration Business, Finance or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience
Experience:+ at least 5 years experience in footwear industry in the position of Process Engineering, Cost Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Knowledge:
Knowledge about business and operational processes
Knowledge about finance, accounting or economics
Knowledge about Product costing
Knowledge about Footwear manufacturing industry and Product creation process
