- Communicate with customer in an appropriate manner and tongue
- Release Delivery Order: heck payment, Attorney letter, cargo release method (SWB / Telex / OBL), and issue deposit voucher / payment voucher
- Check Release Original bill of lading: check payment, Attorney letter, LOI, and issue deposit voucher / payment
- Issue DEM DET invoices

- Education: College/ Bachelor degree; major in Sea Transportation, Export- Import, International Business, Foreign Trade, International Business,...
- Experience: Fresh graduate with internship experience in the same position logistics.
- Personalities: patient, careful, responsible, high accountability, customer service mindset
- Language: English communication
- Computer: an intermediate level of MS Office.
