Creative Planner (Event & Activation)

Report to: Planning Manager
Overview of the role:
Brainstorm ideas and concepts for the events with the Team and express those ideas in the proposals in an attractive, interesting and aesthetical way.
General Responsibilities
· Attend brief meetings to understand the client's requirements, [protected info]
· Attend de-brief meetings with internal Teams (Account, Design...)
· Research information, insight... about client; find reference sources for ideas....
· Together with other team members brainstorm to come up with ideas and concepts for events/projects
· Present ideas to the internal Teams & BOD
· Coordinate with the Design Team to complete proposals/demo clips that meet the Company's quality standards...
· Participate in pitching
· Stay updated on trends, follow entertainment shows, concerts... in Viet Nam and other countries
· Other related tasks as requested by the Line Manager
Education, qualifications & experience
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Press, or other related fields
· At least 1 year of experience in the same position at Event Agencies
· Proficient in PowerPoint skills
· Good written skills, particularly in proposals & presentation
· Good English ability, both in verbal and written skills; Being able to present is an advantage
· Strong understanding of client and market dynamic requirements
· Logical thinking in conceptual rationale
· Professional appearance and persona
· Good time management; Ability to work overtime, especially under tight deadlines, handle pressure well
