Identify and connect with creators who are interested in livestreaming on TikTok in the United States market.
Screen and evaluate potential creators who are suitable for the company's ecosystem.
The company provides updated creator data daily; employees focus on outreach, communication, and consultation.
Guide creators through the agency onboarding process.
Support, coach, and assist creators in developing their livestreaming activities.
Monitor creator performance and assist in resolving issues during livestream sessions.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Yêu cầu
Age: 18-27 years old.
College diploma or higher is preferred.
Strong English communication skills (required), including messaging and communicating effectively with international creators.
Ability to communicate directly with creators in the United States via phone calls is an advantage.
No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of TikTok Live or the livestream industry is an advantage.
