Job Responsibilities
Daily checking Loan Documentation of Credit Administration Control for Corporates/ Secured Lending including:
• Checking Loan Documentations for Limit Implementation.
• Checking Documents for Loan Disbursement
• Co-ordinate with BUs for improvement services and products
• Other tasks assigned by Head of Credit Administration Control & Loan Operation
Governance Assessment
• Supervise team to ensure compliance with Policy/ Procedures in daily operations
• Monitor to meet SLA
• Periodically/ad hoc review of current process/ procedures to update/revise (if required)
• Identify operational risks and action plans accordingly
Report
• Daily/weekly/monthly reports (Collateral/ Escalation/ Pending...) of team to be conducted accuracy and timely
• Other reports (required from time to time) by Management or Group
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements
• Bachelor graduate with major in Banking & Finance
• At least 5 years of experience as Credit Control/Credit Admin/Credit Support Roles
• People management experience is advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Able to work under high pressure and tight deadline
• Microsoft office and English proficiency
• Preferred: Working experience with Foreign Banks in Vietnam
