Mô tả công việc
•Conduct analysis & monitoring of portfolio performance and recommend policy change proposals to improve the quality of portfolio.
•Update risk from environment factors and credit risk; benchmarking with local competition & industry practices.
•Identify risk area/factor to support for policies making and card authorization
•Come up with key initiatives to improve risk management manual.
•Participate on the core projects to ensure the proper processes are implemented.
•Participate on the core projects relates to credit risk and credit application assessment process, specify detail requirements, testing and give expected influence and outcomes.
•Coordinate communications, reporting, and proposed changes among various locations and departments.
•Other tasks assigned by Credit Card portfolio analysis & reporting team leader
Yêu cầu
Background
§ University degree in mathematics, statistics or its equivalent.
§ At least 1-3 year experiences in data analysis, Consumer Finance or Retail Banking is preferred.
Skills
§ Solid knowledge in Credit Risk and Risk Management.
§ Understand deeply Consumer Finance business, decision engine, information logic and structure.
§ Have knowledge in credit policy rules.
§ Proficient in using SQL, Oracle.
§ Proficient in using Excel to conduct analysis and create credit risk reports.
§ Excellent presentation and good organizational, communication, coaching, mentoring skill.
§ Good at leadership and logic.
§ Fluent in English.
