Mô tả công việc
1. General responsibility
Assist Chief of Credit Admin Section to process and manage the work of the department and fully accountable for the job assigned.
2. Main credit adminstration tasks
i. Check the credit application properly approved in accordance with Bank's policy
ii. Process facility agreement, security agreements, personal & corporate guarantee
iii. Control and safe-keeping facility and security documents.
iv. Process and control conditions precedent in accordance with approved credit application.
v. Process and control limit activation in accordance with approved credit application.
vi. Follow up and control covenants, subsequent conditions in accordance with approved credit application.
vii. Liaise with lawyer, head quarter, other banks on dealing credit documents for syndication loan.
viii. Liaise with appraiser for mortgaged asset appraisal/re-appraisal.
3. Report
i. Prepare and check monthly, quarterly and yearly credit report to SBV
ii. Prepare and check monthly, quarterly and yearly credit report to Head Quarter
iii. Ad-hoc reports
4. Train new staff, and contribute to establish good operation of the branch.
5. Co-operate and coordinate with other departments in work mutually involved.
6. Any other tasks and duties assigned by the Management.
Yêu cầu
- At least 5-years experience in Credit Admin tasks of Corporate Banking or Corporate Finance
- Having deep knowledge on credit regulations e.g lending activities, debt classification
- Good knowledge at Law on Enterprise; Law on Credit Institution; Land law.
- Good contacts with other local authorities
- Good command in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
- Ability to cooperate with other department and ability to get along well with others.
- Good understanding in all process of work
- Ability to work under high-pressure
- Good at time management for multi tasks assigned.
