Credit Transaction Execution:
- Manage processing of credit transactions (loans, guarantees, derivatives) in accordance with credit agreements and regulatory standards.
- Oversee loan disbursement, documentation checks, periodic reviews, interest rate adjustments.
- Monitor maturity dates, repayment schedules for loans and derivatives, ensuring timely action and risk mitigation.
- Maintain transaction status tracking, manage daily administrative tasks with precision, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Agent Role Leadership:
- Act as the lead agent and/or account bank/security agent in syndicated loan deals.
- Lead contract reviews, coordinate receipt of agreements and secured assets, and oversee documentation flows.
- Act as the central point of contact for communication between borrowers, lenders, and internal parties.
Client & Business Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for client requests, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Provide guidance on documentation and compliance requirements, supporting relationship managers (RMs) in delivering exceptional client service.
Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate with RMs, clients, and internal departments to resolve issues, maintain high service standards, and ensure seamless transaction flow.
Other Duties: as assigned by Team Head/Department Head.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in credit administration, loan processing, or related functions within a reputable financial institution.
- Proven expertise in syndicated loan transactions and agent roles.
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulations governing corporate lending.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and execution.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
