1. Data Management
Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources, customer surveys, transaction records, and online analytics tools.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validation.
2. Data Analysis
Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
Develop segmentation models to understand different customer groups and their preferences.
Perform deep dives into customer data to uncover insights on customer lifetime value, churn, and acquisition patterns.
3. Reporting & Visualization
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Present findings to cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to inform strategic decisions.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Analyze customer feedback and survey data to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics and recommend actions based on trends.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to develop and refine customer personas.
5. Predictive Analytics
Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast customer behavior, including churn probability and potential lifetime value.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on customer data. Experience working in retail and e-commerce is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Technical Proficiencies:
o Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI, or similar.
o Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) and machine learning is a plus.
o Knowledge of CRM systems and customer analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce)
Skills:
o Knowledge of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing analytics.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
