Qualitative Research: Design, plan, and execute end-to-end qualitative research projects, including Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), home visits, and ethnographic studies across various regions in Vietnam.
Deep Consumer Understanding: Uncover the "why" behind consumer behaviors. Deep-dive into local youth trends, lifestyle preferences, and specific smartphone usage habits (e.g., mobile gaming/e-sports ecosystems, portrait photography preferences, and aesthetic trends).
Marketing Creative Validation: Pre-test and validate marketing concepts, campaign messaging, PR angles, and TVC scripts with target consumers to ensure local cultural resonance and maximum impact.
Persona Mapping & Journey Tracking: Build and continuously update detailed consumer personas and map the consumer decision journey for the Vietnamese market to identify key touchpoints and pain points.
Actionable Strategic Recommendations: Translate raw qualitative data and consumer feedback into clear, compelling, and actionable strategic reports for the local marketing team and global headquarters.
Agency Management: Brief and manage external market research agencies when scaling up research efforts, ensuring high-quality fieldwork and actionable deliverables.
Yêu cầu
5+ years of dedicated experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, or Strategic Planning.
Experience in both research agencies and client-side is highly preferred.
Background in the consumer electronics, smartphone, or dynamic FMCG industries is a strong plus.
Methodological Expertise: Proven track record as an expert moderator for FGDs and IDIs.
Deeply comfortable conducting home visits and observational research.
Cultural Fluency: A native Vietnamese speaker with a profound, intuitive understanding of local subcultures, digital trends, and Gen-Z/Millennial consumer behavior in Vietnam.
Professional working proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for cross-regional collaboration and reporting to global teams.
Mindset: Highly empathetic, observant, and objective. Able to comfortably interact with people from all walks of life and ask the right probing questions without leading the respondent.
