But buying decisions don't come from one place alone: individuals, CSR programs, NGOs, NPOs, or public-sector organizations all play a role.
As B2B Marketer, you focus on one thing: building credibility that drives partnerships, sales, and trust at scale. You'll own how 4D-BONDE shows up to companies, NGOs, institutions, and global stakeholders across Vietnam and international markets.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, partnerships, and
business development. You'll execute content and visual assets across LinkedIn and our Website, and help plan and deliver partner communications and signing events that strengthen long-term relationships and support partnership-led growth.
Working closely with the
Marketing Manager, Sales, and CEO, you'll help shape the external voice of a Vietnamese-born, disability-led tech company - making our impact clear, and credible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Work closely with Marketing Manager to translate business and partnership goals into clear, consistent B2B messaging.
(2) Execute B2B-focused content and visual assets across LinkedIn and Website to drive brand credibility, partnerships, sales, and investor trust.
(3) Support B2B sales and partnerships with decks, proposals, case stories, and communication materials.
(4) Plan and execute partner communications, signing events, or public campaigns in coordination with Sales and Leadership.
(5) Maintain brand consistency and professionalism across all B2B touchpoints.
(6) Track content and campaign performance, learn fast, and optimize for impact over output.
1) Final-year student or graduated within the last 3 years of all academic backgrounds.
(2) Prior experience in marketing, design, content creation, or filming/visual production is prefered.
(4) Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
(4) Strong execution with LinkedIn (content & insights), design tools (Canva or equivalent), photography/filming, and managing website &
digital marketing channels.
(5) Fluently executing and managing processes using Google Workspace and sales email/proposal tools such as Brevo or Mailchimp.
(6) Creative and impact-focused, balancing imagination with execution and measurable outcomes.
(7) Willingness to travel for partners as needed.
