Mô tả công việc
We are looking for an intelligent individual with a good sense of judgment who can assist with daily order processing and tracking of our ticket reseller program. The candidate should be able to navigate through various tools to determine the authenticity of client accounts, as well as overseeing the delivery and completion of orders. The candidate will eventually possess the ability to make rational decisions on the validity of client accounts and sales.
Yêu cầu
- Strong English language skills - must be able to speak and read English well (IELTS 6.0 or higher)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- A hard worker who is committed to accomplishing all tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong computer/internet skills
- Saturday to Wednesday starting at 7 am
- Must have schedule flexibility as work hours and days may change depending on the company's needs
- Some weekend work may be required
