Mô tả công việc
Learn and master customer accounts and perform specialized tasks related to receiving information, arranging services, processing and managing daily customer services.
Enter data into report files and monitor incidents/issues as arranged by the Supervisor/Director.
Answer hotlines, handle incidents outside of office hours, check information and perform daily customer assembly.
Compose English emails to respond to customers for superiors when requested.
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications: College degree or higher in Logistics/ Transportation/ Hotel/ Tourism or related majors.
Experience: Have at least 02 years of experience working in Logistics/ Transportation/ Hotel/ Tourism or related fields.
Good communication skills in English.
Good listening, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Good service skills and professional attitude.
Discipline, responsibility and dedication to work.

Work address: No. 115, Le Duan, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam.
Working time: Mon - Fri (8:00-17:00) and Saturday mornings.
Salary + Allowance: VND 15.000.0000 (negotiable).
