- Together with team perform customer support before and after sale about all Panasonic representative machines or Panasonic's partner devices such (KohYoung, Saki machine) activities: Installation, Maintenance, Support Production, Troubleshooting Issue, Conduct training, Overhaul, [protected info]).
- Windows person, roller visit Customers to build up relationship, follow up and troubleshoot issue / customer's requirements.
- Propose solution items, software or service package to enhance customers' satisfaction.
- Report directly to Service
Assistant Manager/ Manager and higher level.
Notice:
- New members will be attended training at PFSAP/ PVPAD training center or On Job Training to improve knowledge / skills before handling activities.
- Local bases: PV Office.
- This position requires working in rotating day and night shifts (3-shift schedule).
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent.
- Experience of technical field about Maintenance and Repairing Panasonic SMT equipment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic skills.
- Able to work independently and work under high pressure.
- Service mind characteristic.
- Effective communication / reporting / training skill is must.
- Foreign language: English is must (Chinese is advantage).
- Computer proficiency including software relevant applications.
