Strong services skill, having good experience in the Consumer Goods manufacturing, Toys, Cosmetic, Garment import - export industry is much preferable;
- Strong problem solving skill, communication skill, negotiation skill, active & business mindset;
- Ability to grasp information, quick learning;
- Ability to work hard under high pressure;
- Ability to communicate in English;
To provide satisfactory testing services and operations support to all external and internal customers.
To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Vietnam to support operation
To provide new services to concerned customers,
To review customer complaints and make resolution, to resolve customer's queries and complaints (of authority); and track customer complaint resolution.
To work closely with other departments, such as Business Development, Production, NSC on updating policies and procedures for client services.
To provide support to the Business Development team to ensure all sales and service objectives were met.
To actively handle the daily operations of the customer service team.
To follow up customer emails and calls and ensure the response time as required.
To actively communicate with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
To self-plan, prioritize and execute work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
To ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.
To self-monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information.
Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Customer Relation Manager.
