We are a small and fast-moving team. Therefore, we need a talent who has a customer-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and courage to build & grow products from scratch with us.
The job
We are looking for a dedicated German-speaking Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to our app and services. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through multiple channels, such as chat and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via chat, email, and other support channels.
Actively monitor the interaction between customers and advisors
Provide guidance on how to use Salvia's services, including scheduling consultations, payments, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Identify and report potential product or service issues based on customer feedback.
Maintain a deep understanding of our services and updates to assist users effectively.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University graduate. We welcome applications from 4th-year students or recent graduates who are available for full-time work.
Proficiency in German across all four skills. A minimum of B2 level in German is preferred
Feel at ease when using English to communicate with internal teams
Experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus but not required
Good at written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary.
Full salary probation, Full SMUI, another allowance.
Working hour: From Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Working location: Cobi Tower II, District 7, HCMC (This position is for candidates working remotely in Hanoi or other provinces outside of Ho Chi Minh City)
