Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our logistics team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience who are passionate about international logistics and customer service.
Main Responsibilities
• Support and follow up shipment processes to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipping arrangements.
• Prepare and handle import/export documents such as Arrival Notice (AN), Manifest submission, eD/O, B/L, Pre-alert, and related shipping documents.
• Track cargo status and provide timely shipment updates to customers.
• Input billing and shipment data into the system accurately.
• Maintain and organize shipment documents and records.
• Support other assignments from supervisors and management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, English, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, forwarding, import-export, or customer service operations.
• Good English communication skills in both speaking and writing (daily working environment in English).
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Careful, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.

Location: Dien Bien Phu Street, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Work From Home)
