Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive/Manager to join our growing team in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
• Liaising with Head Office to ensure and enhance a high-quality service.
• Maximize profits on all flights, be cost conscious at all times.
• Ensure shipments are transferred, delivered on time, correct priority given to shipments and maximize utilization of space on aircraft.
• Follow up track & trace for cargo status as well as keep customers updated if any discrepancy, delays/ damage & control service failures.
• Collaborate with internal & external parties to solve trouble, irregularity. (if any)
• Monitor and ensure response to customer enquiries in timely manner .
• Build good working relationships with customers.
• Practice sharing with other team member as well as other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.
• Daily, weekly, monthly reports to Manager

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service role in any Logistics company/GSA (General Sales Agent) of any Airlines company.
• Utilizes knowledge of airline sales and air cargo industry.
• Understands cargo industry, pricing, rates and competition.
• Applies excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Applies excellent interpersonal skills.
