• Work on shifts to handle inbound channel of CRC Sports & Lifestyles (through emails, hotline, social channels, ...)
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive, empathetic, and professional experiences for customers
• Communicating and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
• Knowing products inside and out to give the best consultant for customers.
• Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
• Collecting customer database
Yêu cầu
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in Customer Experience, Service, Fashion, Retail
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
• Customer oriented mindset and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Able to work both independently and in team to come up with creative solution
