Customer Service Executive

Time:
Early Shift: 8:00-17:00
Late Shift: 12:00-21:00
Working Day: 5.5 Days per Week
Description:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, chat, and phone.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or
impersonating users).
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions
with customers.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure the customers are well supported and happy with our service.
- Reporting illegal videos in social media.
- Posting products on online sales channels (E-commerce platform)
- Assist manager to create a User guidance/Help Center.
- Assist finance to send monthly invoices and check payment status from clients
- Perform Telesale/Sales task per required quota daily ,weekly ,monthly (40% bandwidth of working)
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the head of the department
