Order Management: Oversee order processing, follow-up, and troubleshooting, ensuring that both B2B and B2C customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Yêu cầu
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience. Strong experience in managing both B2B and B2C customer relationships.
Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of customer service excellence in the F&B distribution or similar industries. Understanding of the unique challenges in the F&B sector.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both internal teams and external customers.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and issues effectively.
