Mô tả công việc
- Receive PO from Sales team/CS team and input to accountant software (called "POC") for following and issue invoice when delivery.
- Connect to Supply Chain about delivery date and confirm delivery date with customers by emails (get PO signed and stamped then send it back to customers).
- Work with Admin supervisor to arrange driver to deliver to customer daily/weekly.
- Send mails/sample by courier if required (from Sales team/CS team).
- Send email to other departments to release good and arrange delivery if required.
- Make official quotation and send to customers if required.
- Check basic info on sale contract/principle contract and transfer Supply Chain/Sales Team/HR/legal dept. to check the others
- Print/Scan documents as requested (included customs document, PO, etc.)
- Do on-spot customs clearance for local products sold to customer located in IZ, etc.) then arrange delivery when on-spot customs clearance done.
- Go to bank to transfer payment to local suppliers.
- Work with local suppliers and Supply Chain members on equipment/material in related to download/handling chemical.
- Complete forms for customers (vendors formsl etc.)
- Work with forwarder to book flight/vessel for the shipments
Yêu cầu
- At least 1- 2 years with knowledge in all fields:Air & sea freight forwarding and logistics operation, Customs clearance, Domestic delivery.
- University graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking and writing skill), Microsoft office...
- High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.
- Good negotiation and communication skill.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
- Strong and never give up spirit.
- Willing to learn and high motived.
