Customer Service Manager

***Overall Responsibility:
• Take a proactive role in supporting the sales performance to achieve targeted result
• Follow up of sales activities and monitor progress made to achieve the budget target on a corporate level, on a department level and on the level of individual Sales managers
• Produce Analytical Reports, help Sales Manager(s) to know exactly where they are in their budget journey and give a clear overview to the management of the pipeline
• Good contacts with all sales managers, GRS and Sr. management
***Main Responsibility:
• Coordinate the sales forecast and planning (Volumes & Value) per Account to ensure alignment with monthly business planning and yearly target;
• Perform monthly variance analysis and Gap analysis to annual forecasting & budget including graphs, charts and root cause analysis;
• Execute Sample & Sales Trend analysis and provide hands on information to Sales Managers;
• Manage / Update Brand, Customers & Competitors Mapping and visit reports;
• Prepare Sales Policy & Procedure and monitor its execution carefully - Sample Distribution, Selling Price, Payment Term, Customer ranking & inter departments' communication;
• Keep and update all sales related information in SharePoint including Product feasibility, Buyer Price, and Nomination Status;
• Update Sr. management about the sales process through clear and to the point reporting and dashboards.
