Customer Service (Ngành LOGISTICS)

- Take care customer both oversea and domestic as well as advice service, routines for freehand and nominate shipments.
- Arrange the booking and follow export/ import shipments from A to Z.
- Handle export/import documentation tasks, including issuing HBL or HAWB, A/N, D/O, e-manifest, and debit notes to customers.
- Take care of Debit Note, SOA of Customers, Partners, Vendors.
- Follow trucking order and control trucking vendor to ensure delivery time to factory.
- Input shipmentʼs information into the company systems.
- Track shipping status and maintain good relationships with carriers, warehouses, trucks, and other related departments.
- Address and resolve customer disputes or complaints with great care.
- Understanding US shipment processes (AMS, FMC, ISF filing) is preferred.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements and customer standard operating procedures.
- Execute tasks assigned by the region manager, report results regularly, and maintain good cooperation with overseas agents and customers.
- Familiarize yourself with the pricing of the responsible region, analyze the current status and development of the routes, and update internal quotations accordingly as well as DAP, DDU, DDP shipments.
- Assist management with any special tasks assigned.
