Make outbound calls to introduce and promote the company's products or services to potential customers.
Search for and expand the customer database via phone calls to develop the market.
Handle inquiries and provide customer support during the product/service consultation process.
Update customer information and call results into the system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer-related issues.
Create simple quotation posters (with detailed training provided).
Report work performance periodically to the supervisor.
Yêu cầu
Female preferred, good English communication, proficient computer skills; under 35, college degree or higher.
Willing to work rotating day/night shifts ( rotated monthly).
Patient, diligent, with strong communication skills; serious and growth-oriented at work.
Able to work under pressure and passionate about
telesales and customer service.
Preference given to candidates with telesales or customer service experience, or experience in call centers. Chinese language skills are an advantage.
