* Customer Service:
• Prepare the tariff, sailing schedule, local charge, support sales and follow up with customer to increase winning ratio.
• Provide quotation to agents, partners, customers.
• Build relationship with carrier/ airline.
• Create and manage daily booking.
• Planning cargo loading.
• Update shipping details to agents and closely monitor shipments until cargo arrive destination safely.
• Capturing customers/agents requirements and provide fast response.
• Complete KPI goals set by BOD, performs all other duties as assigned and requested by BOD.
* Operations:
• Responsible for the Branch Manager of the Import-Export and Logistics Department.
• Coordinating the daily operations, ensuring efficient implementation of all operational processes.
• Responsible for handling customers/agent's freight needs by capturing customers/agent's requirements and providing fast response, providing value added service: customs declaration, cargo inspection, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing positive relationships and cooperation with shipping lines, airlines, seaports, vendors for all source out services relating, ensuring goods transportation takes place favorable & safe, follow company rules.
• Improve competitiveness through cost management,
purchasing and vendors management, and tariff building according to work assignment.
• Responsible for managing and training the Operations team, improving the team's work performance and service quality.
• Responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving problems, improving customer satisfaction index.
• Responsible for managing the Operations team to key in all revenue/cost into Company's system correctly. Check file & closed file ending month.
• Monthly volume report sends to BOD.
• Complete KPI goals set by the Boards of Directors.
• Have +3 years of equivalent experience in Customer Service and Operations/Documentation, especially LCL experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations.
• Customer and service oriented.
• Background in Freight Forwarding/Shipping and Logistics.
• Hard working and able to work under pressure.
