Mô tả công việc
• Receiving the demand of customers
• Coordinating with logistic partner to ship container
• Follow-up the payment status
• Contacting to R&D team to develop new products or resolving complaint from customer about the quality of products.
• Coordinating with Planning department for updating the production status and keep posted it for our customer.
• Making reports according to requirement of
Sales Manager.
• Preparing the quotation and complete forms that come from customer requirements.
• Taking responsibility of welcoming the customer for visiting the factory and making factory tours
Yêu cầu
• Good at excel spreadsheet and have analytical skills
• Comunicating level of English is a must (both writing and speaking)
• At least 2 years experience working in the same position
• Able to work independently with multiple tasks

Additional information
