Respond to incoming calls, emails and other message from customers and give them the right answers and direction
Take orders via phone, fax, and emal
Email/Call customers to inform the sales confirmation, the delivery time, out of stock products, suggest alternative products, and advertise new products.
Know and understand well the products to suggest the customers, this aims to gain sales and flexible for customers in case some products are out of stock.
Do all the orders, credit notes and record in Excel Dashboard
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about products.
Handle and resolve customer complaint.
Use expertise to build strong healthy relationships with clients, convince them of all benefits of doing business with the organization and create an open and accessible communication rout for free flow of information
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (Purchasing team to update the stock, Finance team to check the payments, Warehouse team to follow the orders, Marketing team to design the posters and the promotions)
