Customer Service Specialist (Freight Forwarding)Atlantic Gate (Vietnam) LTD.

• Responsible for day-to-day coordination, execution and tracking of sea import,
export as well as transshipments.
• Liaise with clients, oversea offices and agents.
• Prepare of essential shipping documentation on a daily basis.
• Follow up and updating customers on their import/export shipments.
• Communicate with carriers, terminals, customs brokers, truckers and oversea
agents.
• Ensure all shipment documentations are compliant with customs rules and
regulations.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers, forwarders, customs etc.
and ensure an impeccable service.
• Troubleshoot challenges that might affect the operational activities.
• Negotiate and book cargo with shipping lines.
• Ensure proper customs clearances and full compliance to any relevant
regulations.
• Manage documentation flows; This includes all operational transactions such
as bills of lading (B/L), packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of
origin, licences etc.
• Coordinate the collection/delivery processes and manage this until the final
destination according to customers' requirements.
• Work in a small, harmonized team and cover all aspects of the forwarding
process.
