Be well-versed in company products, promotions, and guest services, and respond to inbound enquiries via email.
Ensure proper guest relations and safeguard the company's interests by resolving and taking appropriate actions on all guest complaints, issues, and suggestions for the Vietnam and Singapore markets.
Exceed guest expectations to achieve positive results and feedback.
Build strong relationships with guests and counterparts. Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned based on business needs.
Work closely with the Operations team to develop and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems, and ensure proper follow-through regarding guest request processes.
Perform other tasks as requested by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
Creative, resourceful, and cheerful.
A fast learner who is able to work with different systems to review and address guests' issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse audience.
Able to perform well in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
Able to commit to a 5-day workweek, including weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and public holidays.
Relevant customer-facing operations experience in the hospitality sector or other related industries would be highly advantageous.
Good English skills, both written and spoken.
