Mô tả công việc
1. Handling customer daily operations (credit and non-credit transactions), including contacting customers, collecting their applications, document checking (in accordance with requirements from local regulations & internal rules), deal confirming, instructing to other operation departments...
2. Handling customer onboarding, information change, account closure (account opening, account documentation & agreements...)
3. Controlling document due dates, transaction due date for non - credit (fixed deposit...) and credit transactions (loan, trade loan...), including checking customer's cash-flows/ account balance for repayment...
4. Cooperating with other teams, departments (Compliance, Legal dept...) to get advice on customer's transactions and providing appropriate replies to customers and/or Relationship Managers.
Yêu cầu
University degree in finance, banking, or economics with at least 1 year - experience in the banking industry. Having knowledge of local regulations, banking products is preferable.
- Good command of English
- Good skill in time management, communication and negotiation in both English & Vietnamese
- Detail orientated, accurate, multi-tasking, solution-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team, cooperative & supportive of others
