1) Overall Scope
Manage daily operation activities for both Import & Export operations:
2) Description in Detail
• Export job:
− Rate pricing /negotiation with carriers and vendors in term of biding/project
− Handle daily work related to the export operation, from checking the sailing schedule to submitting the bkg until the pre-alert is complete and sent to the destination agent.
− Follow up on the cargo stuffing plan with the customer to ensure timely prevention and handling of possible risks.
− Solving all the matters and problems related to operation jobs
− Ensure to create, file, and update SOPs and internal systems, and make sure accurate progress is made.
− Support and cooperate with the Account Department on collecting credits
− Well-coordinate with all related parties at different locations to ensure appropriate & timely actions.
− Report directly to manager for any irregularity.
• Import job:
− Do tracing shipment from receiving pre alert to empty container returning to port.
− Ensure the shipments depart with the correct documents or the final pre-alert.
− Collaborate with documentation PIC to update cargo progress to the customer
− Solving all the cargo problems related to operation jobs until cargo is released to CNEE
− Fulfill buying/selling rates into the system and complete payment request to the accounting department.
− Issue debit note to the customer and coordinate with the accounting department on the customer's payments.
− Report directly to manager for any irregularity.
Yêu cầu
• Smart, careful, good communication ability
• Proficiency in MS Office, and Outlook is a must.
• Ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing English (Good at Korean preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (Priority to Foreign Trade University, Economics University, Maritime University or other relative to shipping business)
• Solid freight forwarding knowledge with all ship modes (Sea, Air, Local transportation), domestic and international procedure practice.
• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in freight forwarding documentation/ customer service
• High sense of responsibility.
• The ability to work independently, under pressure, multi-task, be a team player, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills..
• Good discipline.
• Take Initiative, teamwork, self-motivated, and detailed.
