We are looking to fill a Casual Customer Service Agent position within the RODD & GUNN eLodge team.
This role will be based in our new Ho Chi Minh City HQ for a rapidly expanding global New Zealand based menswear brand.

Yêu cầu
Ideally you will have/be:
Fluent in English (verbal & written) and French is advantageous.
Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Time management skills and ability to multitask
Ability to speak French advantageous
Passion for delivering world class customer service as a storyteller and relationship builder.
Knowledge of men's fashion, garment construction, trends, wardrobe essentials, fit and fabrication highly advantageous
Previous experience with Zendesk and Mirakl, advantageous but not essential
Proficient in Excel
